We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, and standard delivery usually
takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Orders are dispatched Monday- Friday.

The cut off time for order dispatch is 2pm Monday- Friday

Express
delivery may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

• Next Day Delivery: £5.99
• Free delivery on orders over £60

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Tracking details will be included where available.

 

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item:

• An estimated dispatch timeline will be shown on the product page.
• This date may change due to manufacturing or import delays.
• We will notify you by email of any significant change.
• You may cancel your pre-order at any time
  before dispatch for a full refund.
• When pre-order products are part of bundles, the pre-ordered item will be dispatched when available and any other other available items within Bundles will be dispatched following normal delivery times.

 

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including
courier disruptions, adverse weather, strikes, or seasonal demand.

We will keep you updated and work with the courier to resolve issues where
possible.

 

Risk & Ownership

Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered.

Ownership (legal title) remains with us until full payment has been received.
